Welcome to the Global Leadership Program Community Wiki

"The WIKI Purpose is to provide a foundation for broadening our horizons encompassing leadership knowledge, experiences, insights and resources. The WIKI is here for all of us as a tool to enhance the learning experience of the program for those that are a part of it as students, professors, administrators and alumni."

This wiki is intended to help build a sustainable community among the participants in the Northeastern University Global Leadership Program at Swinburne University. Our intention is to build a site that will support us all in our quest to learn and lead in this rapidly changing world.

Currently, we are focused on two projects. The Creating Leadership Capacity units will be using the site to create a resource for future students to use on topics related to developing the leadership capacity of others. The Managing Organisational Culture units will be participating in a cultural analysis project aimed at building a strong GLP culture at Swinburne.

Take the GLP Culture Survey:

Welcome to our site and I look forward to working with you on this project.

Sincerely,

Dr. Charles A. Tweedly

Hi to all GLP members,
Charles and I had been discussing on the permission issues in regards to this website.
However, since this is a place for all members, we will like to get some suggestions and feedbacks on the members the privacy of the information posted.
Thus far, this is the update:

1. We cannot limit section of the web pages to be private.
2. We can turn this wiki to be invitation only site.
3. There is suggestion to create a "Guest" profile for prospective students if this web page is an invitation based site only.

Please give some thoughts about it and get back to us.

Regards,
Johnson

Hello all,

I want to sincerely congratulate all those involed in the presentation on the future direction of the GLP.

All aspects of the presentation were insightful and obviously delivered with great care and passion - it was a really heart-felt and impressive effort.
