I would love to know who at Swinburne and Northeastern were the first to come up with the GLP. Who had a dream for the GLP? Who at the Universities did all the planning, conducted the negotiations and made the GLP a reality? They are the first real heros of the program. Would love to hear from some of the University staff on this.
