speaking about leaders,,
Rick, i actually took your advice and watched "Smartest guys in the room". i only intended to stream it on google, and watch later, but it made me stop in the middle of readings for tomoro and i spent the entire hour and a half watching it...

i have to say that Jeff Skilling, was indeed an amazing speaker and inspiring leader.... from what i saw from the tapes from the movie, but what makes me real sad is he was such a great leader... but still he did not want to see his vision going down hill....

it makes me think how gracefully/convincingly/tactfully a leader must admit that he/she has led his/her party astray?
would coming clean with his/her own earn him/her the trust of his/her team? or would it discredit?
would the leader have the same confidence to lead the same team again? or would the team prefer to be led again?

all through leadership, i have read on great leaders... and controversial leaders (of course i am referring to you-know-who)....
but this case just does not make sense to me.... maybe i need to do a detailed reading on this scandal rather than basing my judgment on the documentary alone....

but this is all i would say "buy, rent or stream" and watch "smartest guys in the room" - to see what you should not do when you are at the pinnacle.
